Kolkata: A 14-year-old boy from Jharkhand has been detained for allegedly sending two emails after Delhi's terror attack last week in which the teen posed as a member of terror group Indian Mujahideen (IM).
The teenager was located by the West Bengal police in a small town near the border of Jharkhand and West Bengal. His mails were sent from the ID chotoominan5@gmail.com and warned of more attacks at public places. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) which is handling the Delhi terror attack had said it was seriously studying all four emails sent after a bomb exploded at the Delhi High Court last week - 13 people died and more than 70 were injured. Two of those four emails have been attributed to the teen from Jharkhand.He is expected to be produced in a juvenile court Kolkata today.
