Adjournments and rescheduling of releases in filmdom have become the order of the day in Tollywood. All other flicks moved aside and made room for two pictures for Pongal. Some film releases are delayed for mysterious reasons with the excuse mostly being post-production delays. Whatever the official reason for the delay, the actual reason is known only to the people in the thick of things.
Poolarangadu, was to be released for Sankranti but gave way to the big films and in the process has given the biggies two weeks to sweep box office collections. Now, for some unknown reason, the Sunil starrer, which was scheduled for release on February 3, is postponed yet again. Word on the street has it that the action entertainer that has Isha Chawla playing a glamour role and has been written and directed by Veerabhadram, will now light up the silver screens only on February 10. The film is produced by K. Atchi Reddy under the RR Movie Makers banner.
