What type of business activities it has been undertaking in the country? How its business model is illegal? How people are being misled and deprived of their hard-earned money? It is time to take stock of these important questions once again.
If we look back, a new era has dawned on the Indian sub-continent with the liberalization of our economy in, 1990s. It has brought new features to our economy which accelerated forward as never before. People who have been shackled with so many restrictions have become free and started experiencing an entirely new life.

Some unscrupulous companies set in their foot on the pretext of foreign direct investment and direct selling with dubious claims of benefiting the consumer. The bureaucrats did not ask for details of investment or the mode of the business these multinational companies are going to start in the country when they applied for permission.
These fraudulent companies have been causing immense damage to our economy siphoning out every year several thousands of crores of rupees draining out our fiscal system. This is resulting in severe loss to our economy and at the same time they have been damaging the social fabric of our society. This is nothing short of financial disaster to our economy which sure would have severe repercussions if we do not address them in near future. Once these companies got approval to bring in foreign direct investment (FDI) they start business activities describing their model of business as direct selling with the dubious promise of benefiting the consumer. In fact, they started money circulation schemes in the name of product sales and services.
