Hyderabad, August 04: The Osmania University Students Joint Action Committee has postponed the proposed ‘Telangana Bandh’ on August 5, and the ‘Bandh’ will be observed on August 8 instead.
Speaking to the media at Arts College, Osmania University here on Wednesday, the JAC leaders said that they will submit a memorandum to the Chief Minister on deletion of 14(F) Clause of the Presidential Order, on August 6, after conducting a ‘Round Table’ meeting on August 5. They said that they will observe ‘Bandh’ on August 8, if there was no satisfactory announcement on removal of 14(F) Clause.
