Two youngsters who we-re on a pleasure trip to city died in an accident on National Highway near Thagarapuvalasa on Monday.
According to reports, L. Renuka, 19, and B. Venkata Ramana, 22, belonging to Merakam-udidham in Vizianaga-ram district, who were reportedly in a relationship, visited Ramanaidu studio on the beach road near Rushikonda.
While on their way back on two-wheeler, Venkata Ramana hit a heavy trawler going tow-ards Odisha from Chen-nai on national highway.
Venkata Ramana died on the spot and police rushed Renuka to King George Hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead. Renuka was studying second year B.Sc and Ramana was studying MBA second year in a private college in Vizianagaram.
