Director SS Rajamouli’s science fiction ‘Eega’ is slated for summer release. Shooting has been completed and post-production works are presently going on.
Speaking about the film, Rajamouli said “Hero will die within 30 minutes of the film. His soul then passes into a house fly (Eega), and from then starts the main story. How does that small creature faces a strong person? Why does it intend to take revenge, what is the main reason behind it – all these are the interesting aspects of the story, also it involves great suspense. Added to these, the film will also have a touching love story. Presently, works on visual-effects are in progress. We are giving due importance to them. Post-production works are also being done simultaneously. Film will have three songs”
‘Eega’ stars Nani and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles, and Sudeep in a key role. Music is composed by MM Keeravani while Senthil handles camera.
