Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate,s main role is to screen the resumes through the Job portals according to the desired Skill set and Analyzing the candidate communication skills & interest towards the job opportunity through the telephonic interview.
The main Responsibilities include the following.
Finalizing the technical round of interview.
Managing the data base of the desired skill set candidates.
Training the new joinees.
Head Hunting,Marketing the CV to American Nationals.
Dealing with American recruitment agencies about the recruitments.
Co-operating with the consultants and assigning them on the projects.
Handling the entire recruitment cycle of IT client requirements.
Understand the requirements clearly and source for suitable profiles through various sources like internal data bank, job portals, references, personal contacts etc.
Preliminary screening of suitable candidates through telephonic and direct interviews.
Coordinate with further rounds of interviews.
Regular follow up with client and candidate till the position is closed.
Updating the MIS and other trackers regularly.
Ensure that recruitment targets are achieved within the given deadline.
Vacancy Details
Fresher - Candidates should be willing to take up HR-Marketing role and must possess excellent communication skills and be willing to work in the night shifts (Preferably between 7.00PM to 5.00AM IST ) as they will have to work closely with the US clients. Must be Exceptional in oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate effectively with the vendors, candidates and consultants.
Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues and strong problem solving ability.
Candidates should be IT literates and Also having the ability to accurately and articulately document information.
This is an excellent oppurtunity for Freshers to build a great career in HR-Marketing.Successful candidates will have to make their own Transport arrangements.Applicants with either Arts or commerce background would be considered.
Work from Home facility would be given to Exceptional candidates if required.
